Shaneka Abdul-Lateef, MS, HS-BCP is the Founder and Principal Trainer of HerAbdul Equity Exchange, providing professional training and consulting services to public-serving organizations. She holds a Master of Science degree and is a Human Services–Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP), with extensive experience supporting child welfare systems, education, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.
Shaneka’s work centers on strengthening communication, practice, and decision-making within complex systems. Her approach is grounded in real-world application, professional accountability, and a deep understanding of how policy and practice impact individuals, families, and communities. She partners with organizations to deliver thoughtful, practical training that supports sustainable workforce development and responsible service delivery.
